HOW TO CHANGE A DELIVERY DATE FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

We know from time to time you might want to bring the next delivery forward or push it back a few days. This video will explain how to change the date without interrupting the flow of your subscription.

The example subscription is a 2 week billing cycle, and we want to change the next delivery from 3rd January to the 7th January.

Please take note how after changing the next date, the remaining schedule adjusts to keep the 2 week billing cycle.

 

 

1) LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

First thing is to login to your account, then click 'Manage subscription'.

2) EDIT THE SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Click 'See more details to get to the options page'.

3) THE OPTIONS PAGE

This page is where you can:

  1. Add a product, a one off product or a repeat product added to the subscription.

2. Reschedule your Subscription, change the date of the next shipment and the other scheduled delivery will update and synchronise with your frequency. PLEASE DO NOT USE "SKIP ORDER" TO CHANGE THE DATE OF YOUR NEXT ORDER, USE "RESCHEDULE"

3. Change the frequency from 4 weeks to 6 weeks or whatever suits your requirements, you just need to change it once and all the scheduled shipments will change accordingly.
