Subscriptions FAQs
We have many questions asked about how to manage a subscription, so we have put together a "How to" for the most common questions. We hope it helps.
1) LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
First thing is to login to your account, then click 'Manage subscription'.
2) EDIT THE SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Click 'See more details to get to the options page'.
3) THE OPTIONS PAGE
This page is where you can:
- Add a product, a one off product or a repeat product added to the subscription.
2. Reschedule your Subscription, change the date of the next shipment and the other scheduled delivery will update and synchronise with your frequency.
3. Change the frequency from 4 weeks to 6 weeks or whatever suits your requirements, you just need to change it once and all the scheduled shipments will change accordingly.
